HK01 INTERVIEW: 2019 WORLD ROWING COASTAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
In November 2019, the World Rowing Coastal Championships came to Asia for the first time. Hundreds of rowers from nearly 30 countries and regions raced on Victoria Harbour from 1 to 3 November, in an event presented by Dah Sing Bank and organised by the Hong Kong, China Rowing Association.
Around the championships, HK01.com filmed Ajmal on the water and talked to him about para rowing and what the sport has given him. In his words: “When you are in a boat, you push yourself, and you push yourself a little bit harder.”
